About Sir Grout Tacoma:

Sir Grout Tacoma, a veteran-owned franchise, is seeking a motivated Tile and Stone Revitalization Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. Our comprehensive training equips Artisans to restore tile, grout, and natural stone surfaces like marble, granite, slate, and travertine to their original or even better condition. The ideal candidate possesses experience in general maintenance, handyman work, tile setting, or floor polishing, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and a knack for impressing customers. Punctuality is paramount, and a valid driver's license is a must.

Compensation and Benefits:

- $25 hourly pay during on-the-job training

- Earn $28-$32/hr + tips after training

- 20% of upsold services or products added to customer bills.

- Bonuses for positive reviews (e.g., Google, Yelp).

- Company vehicle provided for commuting within 10 miles of the office.

This full-time role involves independent work on smaller projects or collaborative efforts on larger projects. A five-day work week with occasional Saturday shifts is expected. The role predominantly encompasses indoor work, focusing on residential properties but extending to business locations as well.

Qualifications and Attributes:

- Strongly preferred: Caulking experience.

- Preferred: Tile installation/repair and stone (marble, granite) honing/polishing.

- Service experience with home and business owners.

- Client-focused, friendly, and motivated demeanor.

- Dedication to quality work and keen attention to detail.

- Punctuality and reliability are essential.

- Desirable experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, Tile Setter, Floor Polisher, or Janitor

- Veterans, reservists, and family of servicemembers are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements:

- Frequent simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements.

- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and exerting up to 20 pounds of force.

- Occasional bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and walking on uneven surfaces.

- Ability to navigate outdoor conditions and climb stairs in varying weather.
